Portfolio Manager – Grain Commodities, Logistics & Financing (Ghana)

Compensation

Base Salary: GHS 11,000 per month

Performance Bonus: Up to GHS 11,000 per annum, payable at year-end upon achievement of agreed individual and company performance targets

Total on-target earnings: up to GHS 130,000 per annum. This is a performance-driven structure designed to reward candidates who consistently deliver exceptional operational results.

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years in agribusiness, trade finance, or commodity trading
  • Proven client portfolio management experience
  • Strong knowledge of grain supply chains in West Africa
  • Minimum 4 approved clients within onboarding period
  • High proficiency in CRM systems and Excel
  • Bachelor's in Agribusiness, Economics, Supply Chain, or related

You will work directly under the Country Director to build, manage, and grow a portfolio of active clients — combining client acquisition, portfolio management, CRM discipline, and operational coordination.
