A distinguished scholar-practitioner, Kobby holds an MBA from Colorado Technical University and is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) at the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Businessβa prestigious practitioner-oriented doctoral program designed for senior executives. His advanced research focus on business analytics and financial market operations directly strengthens Capital Worth's data-driven approach to agricultural trade finance and positions the company at the forefront of innovation in global commodity markets.

Janet Ngombalu
Regional Director / COO Eastern Hub
With over 10 years of experience in agricultural development and grain markets across Eastern Africa, Janet leads Capital Worth's regional operations spanning multiple African markets. Her extensive background with the Eastern Africa Grain Council (EAGC) and Kenya National Federation of Agricultural Producers (KENFAP) brings deep expertise in farmer relations, market development, and cross-border grain trade. She holds a Master of Arts in Sociology and Entrepreneurship Development from the University of Nairobi.

Dr. Abdou Fall
Regional Director / COO Western Hub
Dr. Abdou Fall is The Regional Director of CapitalWorth Inc. West Africa Regional Hub, providing strategic guidance and on-the-ground intelligence for the firm's activities in West African agricultural and commodity markets. With over 30 years of experience leading multi-million-dollar research and development programs for organizations such as ILRI, he specializes in transforming agricultural value chains, de-risking investments in fragile economies, and building resilient, scalable market systems. At CapitalWorth, he leverages his deep regional network and expertise in public-private partnerships to identify sustainable ventures, assess systemic risks, and align financial strategies with long-term growth and stability in Francophone Africa. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Edinburgh, an M.Sc. from Michigan State University, and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Dakar. Based in Senegal, he serves as a critical link between global capital and impactful, locally-rooted investment.

Pious Bismark Dadzie
Country Director - Ghana
Pious brings 17 years of banking and financial services expertise to Capital Worth Ghana Limited. Most recently Sector Head for Construction & Real Estate at Zenith Bank Ghana, he managed a GHC 500 million portfolio and tripled profitability within one year. His extensive experience spans corporate finance, credit risk management, and strategic client relationships across banking, telecommunications, oil & gas, and construction sectors. With proven success in turning loss-making operations profitable and deep knowledge of Ghana's agricultural financing landscape, Pious leads Capital Worth's Ghana operations with a focus on delivering exceptional value to clients. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Ghana and is pursuing a PhD in Finance.

Strategic Advisor β Agricultural Research & Policy
For almost two decades, Dr. Akinbamijo contributed significantly to diverse spheres of the African agriculture narrative at the highest level. He served as head of agriculture and food security at the African Union Commission and as Executive Director of the Forum for Agricultural Research in Africa (FARA) for 10 years. He is currently an Adjunct Professor of Agricultural Systems and Organizational Development at Bayero University Kano. Dr. Akinbamijo holds a PhD in Agricultural and Environmental Sciences from Wageningen University, the Netherlands.
