Commercial and operational leadership role working directly under the Country Director. Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of active clients, ensuring all engagements are properly onboarded, documented, and executed through Capital Worth's systems. This role combines client acquisition, portfolio management, CRM discipline, and operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage portfolio of grain buyers, processors, aggregators, and institutional clients
  • Ensure 100% of assigned clients are onboarded into CWI CRM system with complete documentation
  • Coordinate grain sourcing, deliveries, and logistics for assigned client transactions
  • Monitor Ghanaian grain markets and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and trade requirements
  • Work closely with Country Director on execution priorities and growth strategy

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5–8 years in client portfolio management, business development, or sales roles
  • Strong experience in agribusiness, commodity trading, logistics, or supply chain operations
  • Must manage minimum 4 approved clients with signed agreements within onboarding period
  • High proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and reporting tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, Economics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
  • Fluent English (French is an advantage)
  • Results-driven with strong personal accountability and attention to detail
